PHd Accredited school of Speech Language Pathology. NYS Dept of Education Speech Language Pathologist or limited permit with licensure attained within 90 days of date to position. Must meet all specific critical indicators as outlined in the applicable department competency assessment tools upon hire or within 30 days to position. Active membership in American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA).
