Leads in this role get to:

Keep Sutherland aligned: Research and apply appropriate Federal, State and Sutherland’s regulatory, and coding guidelines to audits; maintain audit work papers and ensure recommended corrective actions are timely, practical and relevant.Establish solid communication: Identify and communicate with relevant internal and external resources as required to perform audit.Support the team: Provide support for external compliance audits and coordinate with external resources. Ensure compliance: Coordinate and / or preform compliance audits as per the  Compliance Audit Methodology; promote Compliance Auditing best practices and solutions.

MS Office skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player.Strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends through PPT and make suggestions for improvements.Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive and professional manner.Experience required in Provider Data Management or Credentialing.
