Job Description

This position is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation within our food and beverage division, lead the daily staff of the department for a given shift. Control and distribution of operating equipment, maintenance of cleaning and sanitiation standards, supervision of all assigment tasks established by Stewarding Manager. 

 

Responsibilities Responsible for thoroughly and efficiently washing dishes, pots, cookware and utensils in compliance with Omni’s high sanitation standardsResponsible for breaking down trays from banquets and the outletsResponsible for delivering clean cookware and serving ware to various outlets and meeting roomsResponsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary work stationResponsible for neatly storing all dishes, cookware and utensils in their proper locations Qualifications Ability and willingness to stand for 8 hours at a timeAbility and willingness to push pull or lift up to 50 lbs.Ability and willingness to bend, stretch, and reachAbility to work cohesively as part of a teamAbility and willingness to work a varied schedule which includes working on weekends and holidaysPrevious experience in stewarding is strongly preferredFood handlers certification required Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareRefer this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
