We have a great opportunity for a Lead Strategy Consultant.

In this new position the individual will act as an internal consultant within the organization on a variety of projects and initiatives. We are looking for a data driven critical thinker who can make educated and appropriate assumptions when data is lacking.

The position will be based out of our corporate headquarters in Lisle, IL. and report into our Vice President, Corporate Strategy.

Responsibilities Provide guidance and governance for programs and projects that span the enterprise (this includes conducting strategy workshops, content development support, developing standards and best practices, monitoring progress, and driving projects forward)Maintain continuous alignment of project scope with strategic business objectivesBuild credibility and rapport with the stakeholders at multiple levelsIdentify process efficiencies by analyzing, re-engineering, and improving business processes across work streams within the organizationSupport the Vice President, Corporate Strategy with comprehensive corporate strategic planning aligned with the company’s long-term goals and objectivesAssisting with additional projects and activities as determinedLead and conduct analysis to:
o Identify trends
o Characterize operational situations and financial implications
o Develop hypotheses and recommendations Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degreeAt least 9 years of business development, strategy, marketing, finance, operations, engineering, or management consulting experienceAt least 2 years of lead experience

OR

Master’s degreeAt least 5 years of business development, strategy, marketing, finance, operations, engineering, or management consulting experienceAt least 2 years of lead experience

OR

At least 12 years of business development, strategy, marketing, finance, operations, engineering, or management consulting experienceAt least 2 years of lead experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
