JOB SUMMARY

As a Lead Engineer for Wireline/Server/Storage product development, you will be able to technically lead the entire cross functional design team on their interactions and responsibilities for that project. This role will focus more on PCB warpage/BGA stress/underfill related analysis to deliver the high quality of board design

Responsibilities:

Lead junior engineer to have success project delivery to meet technical requirements and schedule for server/storage product development. Delivering mechanical structure analysis reports, and the mitigation solution/plan to fix mechanical structure defects.Capable of define the suitable process and working models to fulfill diverse business requirements.Capable to evaluate mechanical structure by FEA tools such as Ansys Mechanical/Ls-dyna/Sherlock, and offering the design risk assessment and design recommendations.Mechanical and Structure relative research and workshops.Define the experimental method and criteria to assess the risks of PCB warpage/BGA stress.Collaborate with cross-functions to have success delivery on business.

Basic Requirements:

Master or Ph.D degree in mechanical engineering, mechanics, Civil engineering, Marine engineering or equivalent experience beyond.5+ years of experience in mechanical development, structure analysis, FEA.Familiar reliability validation testing and the industry spec in the mechanical structure field.Comfortable presenting to technical audiences in English language.Strong relationship management skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to work cross-functionally across many levels of a matrixed organization.

Desirable Requirements:

Self-motivated and proactiveFluent in English language (verbal and written)Experience with Python and/or simulation tool plugin development Semiconductor industry experience
