Computer skills required with preferred abilities in Excel and Word.# Honest and courteous professional with great customer friendly talents.# Must have valid driver#s license. ############### POSITION SUMMARY:### Supervises the receiving of all supplies and equipment coming into the hospital.# Fills daily department requisitions. Supervises and performs all daily operations of the main storeroom.# Verifies shipment against vendor packing slip to determine all items are received and matches receipts to Granville Health#System purchase orders.# Prepares and applies all charge stickers, properly stores supplies, restock supply exchange/crash carts and distributes supplies according to proper procedure.# Processes information on the hospital#s Health Information Computer System as required in performing job responsibilities.# Ability to analyze general ledger#accounts for storage/distribution of supplies.# Ability to perform multiple tasks independently.# Responsible for maintaining inventory PAR levels. Manages the Omnicell units by inventory PAR levels, analysis of all Omnicell reporting, and works with the clinical units to oversee its best usage in the departments.# Assists Product Safety Officer with product recalls.# Knowledge and use of Barcode system.# Performs and analyzes month end reports to maintain correct storeroom stock information and expense.#
