Lead Systems Engineer, Remote
The Lead Systems Engineer will play a pivotal role in rolling out standardization for our SaaS (Software as a Service) tools, ensuring consistency and efficiency across platforms. This position will also provide strategic oversight and leadership in expanding our AI (Artificial Intelligence) footprint within operations, driving innovation and process improvements. Additionally, the Lead Systems Engineer will lead a team responsible for compliance and security guidelines, ensuring that all systems adhere to industry standards and best practices.Primary DutiesLead a team of engineers, with heavy focus on developing and maintaining standards for SaaS tools. Working through complex issues and improving the maturity of current SaaS tooling. Oversee operational AI software to optimize IT operations and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation to support system operations and compliance efforts.Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience in cloud computing and supporting, scaling, and standardizing SaaS tools.Experience and understanding of AI tools and systems.Proven ability to lead a team of engineers, including mentoring and fostering communication and collaboration.Experience utilizing CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) tools, APIs 
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExpert-level understanding of AI tools and complexities.Expert-level knowledge of SaaS standardizations and a variety of SaaS tools.Intermediate understanding of Google Cloud PlatformPhysical Requirements Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard.
