Job Description:
The Lead Systems Engineer will support our IT healthcare server infrastructure and will provide leadership guidance to other systems engineers within the IT team. The candidate will be responsible for design, install, and managing core server technologies such as VMware vSphere environments, Rurik enterprise backup architectures, CISCO UCS server infrastructure and PURE storage frames. He/she will manage and optimize server performance, security, and redundancy, including disaster recovery planning and execution. The role will require to close coordination with IT security teams to implement and maintain security policies and practices, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. He/she will develop and maintain documentation for server infrastructure architecture, configurations, procedures, and service records. The Lead Systems Engineer will provide expert-level guidance in troubleshooting and resolving complex server-related issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in server infrastructure support with leading-edge technologies. Minimum of 5 years of experience with VMware, CISCO UCS and Citrix. Expert knowledge in current MS Operating Systems and GPO management. Extensive experience with DNS, Active Directory, ADFS, Infoblox, DHCP and other service communication protocols. Strong proficiency in managing complex IT infrastructure integrations. Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices, including version control systems, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD), and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Advance knowledge of enterprise data storage technologies such as PURE, CISCO, and Nutanix. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 3 years business application experience preferred in the healthcare industry. Working knowledge and experience with database technologies (e.g, MS SQL, Oracle, Snowflake). Relevant technical certifications in Microsoft, CISCO, VMware are a plus.Your Extraordinary Career Starts Here
