The Avionics industry is entering into a new\nexciting age of Urban Air Mobility and Autonomous Flight. Be part of a team\nthat will lead the way in this market by developing new compact and lightweight\nNext Generation Traffic and Surveillance avionics that will be used on a wide\nvariety of aircraft platforms, from Air Transport and Business Jets to\nUAM/UAS.  You will help create breakthrough innovations that will ensure\nHoneywell’s leadership position. You will take a technical leadership role in\ncreating system solutions for the TCAS and Transponder Product Team that will\nmeet the long-term evolving needs of our customers. You will have ownership for\nsystems engineering development at every aspect of the systems life cycle; from\nthe front end of business development through product end of life. You will\nwork across disciplines within the Electronic Systems business to drive growth\nand reach critical business milestones.

YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 7+ years of experience with Avionics\nequipment

WE VALUE
• Experience with providing technical\nleadership of cross-functional design teams consisting of Systems, Software,\nHardware and Test engineers.
• Advanced knowledge of TCAS and\nTransponder products and development lifecycle
• Experience with the FAA certification\nprocess for avionics
• Experience in working with aircraft\nmanufacturers such as Boeing, Airbus, Dassault, etc
• Experience with Agile development\nprocesses
• Experience in working with industry teams\nto define ARINC and RTCA MOPS specifications
• Individuals that quickly analyze,\nincorporate and apply new information and concepts
• Leadership of diverse and global teams
• Expert with systems development\nprocesses 
• Individuals who are self-motivated and\nable to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to\nget things done
• Ability to adapt dictated by project\nchanges
• Multi-tasking and has the ability to\nmanage a variety of complicated tasks and people
• Making autonomous decisions
• Significant engineering experience
