Founded in 2016 to support federal operations OCONUS, CWS holds true to its mission that no matter the location, we are there to get the job done. The Lead Systems Integrator is responsible for managing and executing the installation, configuration, commissioning, and repair of electronics systems and telecommunications/IT networks, as well as documentation to support program management and customer acceptance. Responsibilities Supervise assigned tasks including conduit installation, cable/wire pulling, splicing and termination, panel mounting, field device installation, configuration, troubleshooting, system testing, and documentation. Ensure newly installed or upgraded systems are consistent and compliant with engineered drawings, design guidance, and manufacturer's specifications. Complete assembly, fabrication, installation/termination of raceway, cabling, enclosures, ACS/IDS panels, devices, cameras, doors and door hardware, power distribution, server/clients, switches and switchgear, patch panels, UPS, IT/Network hardware, and other peripherals. Install, splice and test fiber optic cable, using fusion or mechanical splicing. Support the completion of daily site reports and system verification and testing documentation throughout the project. Coordinate with other trades, construction team members, government employees, and end users. Perform design validation, component specification, integration testing, device scheduling, and design documentation. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent 5+ years of relevant technical experience in implementing security, fire, building automations, communications or IT/Network engineering, installation, or management. Valid US Driver’s license and good driving record OpenOptions Certification required Lenel, Bosch, Milestone, Honeywell, John Controls, SoftwareHouse, Kaba Mas, LockMasters, Security+ preferred Secret Clearance Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong oral, written, and verbal communication abilities. Ability to read, annotate, and mark up electrical and communication schematics/diagrams.
