Role: Delmock Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead Systems Software Developer, specializing in Pega, to provide technical guidance and expertise in developing and optimizing systems software within project timelines. Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions. Support the project team in achieving deliverables within contract scope. Mentor team members and ensure technical standards are met. Provides extremely high-level subject matter expertise for work described in the PWS. Works with other team resources to ensure architecture and designs support the total requirements and provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces. Provides advanced technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environment, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, training, and implementation advice on complex problems for effective implementation. Participates as needed in all phases of software development with emphasis on the planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, training, and presentation phases. Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. Relevant Pega Certifications: Certified Business Architect (PCLBA), Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA), Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA), or Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) with User Essentials Course. Minimum Requirements: 15+ years of experience in IT leadership, architecture, specializing in Java and Pega Highly knowledgeable in Java, J2EE, Pega, Objected Oriented Programming Concepts and Patterns, XML, REST, Spring Boot/microservices, OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, technologies. Expertise in system software development using Java and Pega platforms. Understanding of AWS infrastructure, with experience in service development, deployment, and management in AWS environments. Strong ability to deliver technical solutions under contract timelines. Proven experience in similar roles, particularly as a contractor.
