Lead Systems Specialist
Job Description One of Insight Globals major clients are hiring for a Lead Systems Specialist to oversee projects related to the installation of building automation systems in commercial and light industrial facilities. Daily responsibilities include:  Overseeing installation of control systems/building automation systems  Working alongside engineering and overseeing installation technicians throughout different stages of the project  Interacting with general contractors designated to support the project  Creating project schedules in tandem with management  Overseeing installation project delivery from start to finish  Takes part in financial reporting and management aspect of projects  Assisting with allocation of work to technicians We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements 5 years minimum experience working with HVAC control systems  Experience programming building automation systems (hands-on technician or system designer experience highly preferred)  Experience with mechanical components of building automation systems (chillers, boilers, pumps, air handlers)  Understanding of point-to-point check outs of control systems  Basic understanding of networking (server connections, device communication)  Strong communication background and ability to interface with customers, GCs, and internal teams  Experience with Tridium or Niagara building automation software Degree (Associates or Bachelors) in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering or a related field  Experience with Metasys Building Automation System  Experience working for OEM (original equipment manufacturer) null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
