Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Talent Acquisition team has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team in North Charleston, SC.

You will be responsible for collaborating with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Leaders to develop and execute recruitment strategies that drive our business forward. You will act as a lead for a team of full lifecycle recruiters while developing short and long-term recruiting strategies for Boeing South Carolina (BSC). The BSC team is ramping up deliveries of the 787 and is looking for a partner to successfully plan and execute the right hiring strategy to meet their needs.

Position Responsibilities:

Lead recruiting efforts by partnering with BSC hiring leaders to understand critical job requirements, create and implement candidate generation strategies, and deliver the best candidates for each open position

Develop and own recruiting and sourcing strategies for complex staffing surges

Provide proactive and consistent communication with business partners to drive the process, provide status updates and ensure successful hires within expected timeline

Lead reporting and data analysis for BSC hiring and present to TA and business leaders

Leverage our Applicant Tracking System (Workday) to create and publish requisitions, screen candidates, and assist in providing a smooth on-boarding experience

Partner and manage high-touch relationships with internal and external candidates and hiring managers across multiple disciplines

Understand and translate technical/functional hiring needs to ensure job descriptions, qualifications and requirements are effectively reflected in job postings

Represent the job requisition, related skills, hiring organization/program and compensation package to effectively pre-screen candidates, identify qualified pool and coordinate interview scheduling

Travel to recruiting events in South Carolina and the region as needed

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5+ years of experience in recruiting (sourcing, screening, and closing both internal and external candidates)

3+ years of experience building relationships with business partners, human resources and internal recruiting / staffing teams and candidates

3+ years of experience with dashboards, reports, and KPIs

3+ years of experience leading and/or training recruiters, functioning as a subject matter expert

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higher

Experience with Workday

Experience with Tableau

Experience sourcing talent using a variety of tools

Experience with high-volume recruiting

Experience negotiating compensation with business partners and candidates

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $99,450 - $134,550
