Job Description

Specialists in this role get to:

Build and maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks.Manage all administrative tasks such as updating recruitment databases, hiring profiles, and applicant documentation.Hosting and attending college career days for students and recent graduates and promoting employer brand.Attend college career fairs, interact with students and promote our employer brandContact university career counselors and provide informative materials about our Academe Connect programs and open positions.Liaise with team leaders to define hiring needs and design campus programs.

Qualifications

Our most successful candidates will have:

A Bachelor's degree in human resources or similar is preferred.A minimum of 2 years' experience in HR or recruitment.Sound understanding of the recruitment process and university databases.Excellent marketing and advertising abilities.Highly charismatic with excellent interpersonal communication skills.Great networking abilities.
