Join a team driving innovation at a prominent global consulting and technology company. **Key responsibilities:** + Define the strategic vision and product roadmap for the next-generation Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) work-stream. + Demonstrate deep technical expertise in Teamcenter PLM architecture (workflows, APIs, runtime, design limitations, maintenance, customization & configuration) and leverage data-driven insights to influence priorities and strategy. + Scope and manage large, complex technology initiatives, delivering critical solutions, significant improvements, or deprecating obsolete systems across multiple teams and organizations. + Ensure the program meets challenging business goals and drives measurable improvements in efficiency or experience for customers, employees/engineers, or the business. + Apply product management standard methodologies to refine procedures and increase the productivity and effectiveness of cross-functional teams. + Possess excellent business communication skills to present complex technical information to a wide range of collaborators. + Participate in hiring and mentor others to continuously improve their skills and ability to deliver results. + Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools + Experience in developing Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems. + Experience in developing Supply Chain systems is preferred. **Required Skills** + 10-12 years of experience including 6-8 years of experience in Teamcenter implementation projects + Bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred + Experience in Teamcenter full lifecycle implementation + Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition + Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product + Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product + Experience managing technical products or online services + Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning + Supply Chain systems experiences (good to have) **Life at Capgemini** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
