Capgemini is looking for a Senior Teamcenter Architect for a hybrid position in Austin, TX/Sunnyvale, CA/Seattle, WA/North Reading, MA. Join a team driving innovation at a prominent global consulting and technology company.

Key responsibilities:Define the strategic vision and product roadmap for the next-generation Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) work-stream.Demonstrate deep technical expertise in Teamcenter PLM architecture (workflows, APIs, runtime, design limitations, maintenance, customization configuration) and leverage data-driven insights to influence priorities and strategy.Scope and manage large, complex technology initiatives, delivering critical solutions, significant improvements, or deprecating obsolete systems across multiple teams and organizations.Ensure the program meets challenging business goals and drives measurable improvements in efficiency or experience for customers, employees/engineers, or the business.Apply product management standard methodologies to refine procedures and increase the productivity and effectiveness of cross-functional teams.Possess excellent business communication skills to present complex technical information to a wide range of collaborators.Participate in hiring and mentor others to continuously improve their skills and ability to deliver results.Experience in building and driving adoption of new toolsExperience in developing Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.Experience in developing Supply Chain systems is preferred.Required Skills10-12 years of experience including 6-8 years of experience in Teamcenter implementation projectsBachelor's degree in engineering is preferredExperience in Teamcenter full lifecycle implementationExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definitionExperience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productExperience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a productExperience managing technical products or online servicesExperience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planningSupply Chain systems experiences (good to have)Life at Capgemini
