You decide where you want to work: at one of our locations in Constance or Munich or a hybrid mix.WHAT TO EXPECT You will lead the 2-person IT team in technical and disciplinary termsYou are responsible for integration topics and projects with the parent companyYou implement and optimize processes, guidelines and standardsYou ensure that our office IT environment is secure and constantly improved by implementing and optimizing the latest security proceduresYou represent IT Operations in audits of our pharmaceutical customers and ensure compliance with all relevant security requirements and standardsYou manage the department budget and ensure that resources are used effectivelyYou are responsible for the purchase of IT hardware and licenses
YOUR PROFILESuccessfully completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or comparable trainingAt least 3 years of professional experience in the administration of medium-sized office environments (up to 150 workstations)Very good knowledge in the support of operating systems for servers and clients under Windows & MacExperience in project management for integration projects in an international English-speaking environmentInitial experience in employee managementInitial experience with IT securityExperience with the Microsoft Office 365 Cloud (Azure, Entra, Teams, Sharepoint etc)Hands-on mentality and confident demeanor in stressful situationsHigh reliability and service mentality
