RGP is immediately seeking a Lead
ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our fast-growing ServiceNow Practice
team. The resource will be responsible for the successful delivery of
ServiceNow's solutions and services, in a client consulting environment.
The Lead Technical Consultant will be responsible to lead project implementations and develop, invest, and maintain thought leadership with deep subject matter expertise related to ServiceNow platform, product capabilities and complimentary technologies in a client-consulting environment including IT Service Management; Customer Service Management, App Engine Applications, Custom ServicePortal, NOW Experience and UI Builder. Lead all technical aspects of the project delivery and solution delivery on the ServiceNow platform including:
+ Assist Business Process Consultant in workshops to gather agile user stories/epics/features
+ Direct customers on industry and ServiceNow best practices across products and platform
+ Solution and Design for Custom App Engine Application Development
+ Application UI Configuration and Workflow Configuration
+ Development of client specific reporting needs including Performance Analytics
+ Interface with ServiceNow technical product teams as needed
+ Be the technical lead member on implementation project teams, directing other developers
+ Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables that are technology related
+ Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences
+ Subject Matter Expert on the delivery of ServiceNow solutions
+ Service Catalog structuring and configuration
+ ServiceNow Portal and Widget development
+ Lead Integration projects requiring web services, Integration Hub, Spokes, MID Server configuration and scripting
+ UI Builder Workspace and Portal Page development and NOW Experience Components
+ Creation and delivery of solutions for customers addressing requirements through technical architecture in consideration of process design and technical best practices and standards
+ Collaborate and Contribute to the creation, deployment and maintenance of Technical Best Practices and Standards
+ Ensuring technical deliverables to are complete, consistent, high quality, on time and deliver valued outcomes
+ Achieve ServiceNow Practice and Individual KPI’s and Metrics as defined
+ Minimum 8 years’ demonstrated experience as a keytechnical resource leading the development of solutions in clientenvironments (Various technical stack experiences)
+ Demonstrated experience in end-to-end development,traditional software engineering
+ Skilled with JavaScript, Angular. , JQuery and/orBootStrap. , React, NodeJS, NPM
+ Proficiency with web service standards such as SOAP,REST, XML, etc.
+ Proficiency with web API’s, Data integrations/ETL,Relational Databases
+ Experience with SaaS / PaaS environments such as AWS,Azure, Google Cloud
+ Proficiency with modern HTML5/CSS/LESS
+ Knowledge of LDAP, VPN, SSL, SSO and other suchtechnologies and standards
+ Proficiency with how web applications work includingsecurity, session management, and best development practices.
+ Experience configuring cloud platforms/applications
+ Proficiency with Agile project management and deliverymethodologies
+ Degree or equivalent, preferably in InformationTechnology, Computer Science or Engineering disciplines
+ Demonstrated experience in technical consulting roles,client facing required
+ Certified ServiceNow Administrator and/or ImplementationSpecialist
+ Maintain certifications as a CSA and productimplementation specialist / work towards micro certifications and continualprogression in developer learning plans
+ 4+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience in aclient consulting environment Consulting Skills
+ Proven team player and team builder
+ Quick learner that can adapt to a fast pace, changingenvironment
+ Eagerness and a strong desire to expand IT knowledge atan enterprise level, as well as, a willingness to be mentored by other ITconsultants.
+ Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providingoptions with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisionsduring project delivery
+ Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude,ability to deal with cultural diversity
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills with theability to present and explain technical information in an articulatemanner
+ Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solvingis an absolute essential skill
+ Ability to understand and interpret business needs andidentify appropriate business and technical solutions to meet those needs
+ Proven record of successfully managing businessrelationships
+ Strong interest in cloud computing andrelated technologies including SaaS, PaaS, IaaS.
+ Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
+ Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
+ Pay Range: $65-85/Hr
