Role of Lead Technical Integration Analyst
We are seeking a Lead Technical Integration Analyst to oversee our global production integration and orchestration platform, 'Atlas,' and drive our integration roadmap. This platform is central to Hogarth's technology transformation, enabling rapid and scalable integration development.
In this crucial role on the Global Enterprise Solutions team, you will ensure seamless global data flows and process automation. You will manage a roadmap covering both internal and external integrations with work management, resource management, asset management, ERP and HR systems.
You will work with business and technical teams to define, prioritize, and lead development efforts for all integrations.
As the Lead Technical Integration Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
Owning the integration roadmap: Define and maintain the roadmap for integrations and the integration platform, aligning it with business strategy and priorities. Focus on integrations between a global ecosystem of enterprise SaaS and bespoke software applications. Gathering and analyzing requirements: Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements from technology and business stakeholders, translating them into clear user stories, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria. Prioritizing the backlog: Prioritize features and manage the backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities, value, technical feasibility, and dependencies. Collaborating with development teams: Work closely with development, QA, and delivery management to ensure solutions are delivered on time, meeting business needs, facilitating clear communication and removing blockers. Informing stakeholders: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on progress, managing expectations, and incorporating feedback. Shaping solutions: In alignment with the solution architecture team, contribute to the design of integration solutions, leveraging technical expertise and understanding of best practices for SaaS integration. Mapping processes: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integrations, including architecture diagrams, data flow mappings, and troubleshooting guides. Monitoring performance: Monitor the performance of the integration platform, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies. Leading cross-functional teams: Train and mentor cross-functional teams on integration best practices and lead them in creating timely, scalable integration solutions. Risk management: Identify potential risks and created mitigation plans. Operate controls within the Risk and Control Matrix (RACM). Staying current with technology: Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, especially developments in AI and Cloud
Qualifications
Extensive experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Technical Integration Analyst, with a strong emphasis on enterprise application integrations. Demonstrated experience as an Agile Product Owner, managing a product backlog and prioritizing features for software development teams. Comprehensive understanding of integration patterns, API design principles (REST, SOAP), and data exchange formats (JSON, XML). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in process mapping tools and techniques. Experience with finance / ERP integrations and working within a risk and control matrix. Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Bachelor's degree
Advantageous
Experience in media, content production, advertising, and marketing. Practical experience configuring iPaaS integration and orchestration platforms. Proficiency with Jira, Jira Product Discovery, and Miro.
