Job Description

We seek a talented and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic Demand Product and Platform team. In this role, you will drive the development and implementation of critical technical products that enhance our platform's capabilities and user experience to help our users discover and fulfill their travel inspiration and needs.

Requirements

Key responsibilities:

Define and execute the technical product vision and strategy across multiple product linesLead and mentor a team of Technical Product Managers, fostering their growth and developmentLead the end-to-end technical product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimizationCollaborate closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure successful product deliveryConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovationDevelop and maintain product roadmaps, balancing business goals with technical feasibilityWork cross-functionally with UX/UI designers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to create cohesive product strategiesPrioritize features and manage backlog based on business impact and technical constraintsDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product successStay up-to-date with the latest travel industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field from a reputable university10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technical role within the travel or e-commerce industry2+ years of people management experience, preferably leading product managersStrong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategicallyProven track record of successful product launches and iterationsStrong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-makingOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with AI/ML technologies and their applications in travel is a plus
