Open to remote work except in South Dakota, Vermont and West Virginia.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $119,400.00 in our lowest geographic market to $267,500.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As the Lead Technical Product Manager for SEC Marketplace Partners, you will work with partners such as SAP, consultants, and other Nike Technology teams, to understand, review, and provide SAP and B2B integration & solution options for Marketplace Partners business capabilities.  You will prioritize and make trade-offs based on your understanding of strategies, scope, defects, dependent teams, and the value features bring to customers and the business. You will serve as an escalation point and a subject matter expert to resolve business critical issues when needed.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

Leaning in to solve problems, drive clarity, and work collaboratively across Global and Geo cross-functional teamsCreating technical documentation and system diagrams that apply global process standards to regional technology solutions, and document any enhancements to the Marketplace Partners productsWorking with enterprise and solution architecture to design and deliver solutions that are compliant to next generation architectureDefining functional test scenarios and performing functional testing of the SAP solution, including integration with Marketplace Partner systemsCoordinating with other capability teams to produce the successful implementation of end-to-end solutionsDriving the program delivery against a capability roadmap and milestones

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Lead Technical Product Manager in Strategic Enterprise Capabilities (SEC) will work towards enabling the capabilities for Nike’s Marketplace Partners, including Retailers, Sports Marketing, and Brand Marketing.  They will partner with Architects, Engineering, Business Stakeholders, Customers, and Capability Process Managers to drive end-to-end integration across hundreds of business processes, leveraging a flexible and scalable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and best-in-class technology solutions, that supports the integrated marketplace experience of the future.

They are a self-starter, who can learn on the job.  They exhibit the qualities of situational leadership and have a proven ability to pull a diverse group of individuals with different goals together to deliver business value. They demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.  They have a strong business acumen to quickly learn new business processes and understand how technology can support the business in achieving revenue and profit goals.  They have excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate business functionality and opportunities into clear, precise and easy-to-read functional specifications.  They are flexible, able to deal with ambiguity, and demonstrate a desire for continuous personal growth. 

The Lead Technical Product Manager for SEC Marketplace Partners has:

Experience with SAP (Master Data and Sales & Distribution modules preferred)Experience with B2B eCommerceBasic knowledge of system integration conceptsA bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science or a related fieldAt least 6 years' experience in IT, business or a related field.
