Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Formal training or certification  in technical program management, and 5+ years applied experienceFacilitate all scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog.Utilize Jira for tracking project progress, managing tasks, and generating reports.Plan, coordinate, and oversee release activities for smooth and timely software delivery.Identify and remove impediments to maintain team productivity and focus.Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management, ensuring alignment with business objectives
