Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organizationAdvanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clientsAdvanced knowledge of business processes and data analysis, as well as the ability to construct complex data queries and collaborate with colleaguesAbility to liaison between lines of business and development teams, translating strategic goals into technology solutions, and vice versaStrong analytical skills, process/flow documentation, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionallyCandidate should have hands on experience with data analysis and integration across systemsNeed to have worked in Financial Services in Markets areaAdvanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and servicesStrong organizational and time management skillsProficient with Microsoft Office tools, including SharePoint, Excel (e.g., pivot tables), Visio and PowerPointDemonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
