Lead Technical Service Manager
Overview Kemin Animal Health and Nutrition is searching a Senior Technical Service Manager. As Lead Technical Service Manager you will be driving customer success by managing a team of technical experts with the commercialization of new technologies , products and services. To achieve success as a Lead Technical Service Manager, you would collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and R&D teams. Responsibilities As Lead Technical Service Manager, you would have a wide range of responsibilities such as: + Drive the development and implementation of technical strategies aligned with company goals and industry trends. + Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. + Stay updated with industry advancements, trends, and research to ensure the company remains a leader in innovation. + Design and deliver technical training for internal teams, distributors, and customers to enhance product knowledge and application. + Address and resolve technical issues that customers might have. + Develop experimental protocols, initiate tests with customers, and coordinate testing with Research and Development and Customer Laboratory Services. + Act as a liaison between Sales, Technical Services, and Customer Laboratory Services to leverage data supporting product sales. + Represent Kemin at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build networks and promote products. You might be the Lead Technical Service Manager we are looking for! + M aster's degree or PhD Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Science, or a related field. + 15 years of experience in the animal feed industry in the Europe, with a focus on technical management. + S killed in feed formulation software and managing feed trials. + T rue leader with strategic planning skills. + E xcellent technical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities. + Collaborative. + F luent in English. + E xcellent communication skills.
