About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Technical Services Consultant to join our growing IT Services team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of hands-on experience in IT support and systems administration, with deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Intune, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting. Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is essential.This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing the technical delivery of IT support services, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring best practices in system administration and cloud infrastructure management. This position features a mixture of remote work and local travel within the MD/DC metro areas.
