As a Lead Technical Support Engineer, you will work seamlessly together with the Service Delivery Coordinators and other resources across organizational boundaries to ensure all aspects and constraints of the application are understood and have been considered

You will be responsible for:

Leading & developing design concepts based on user needsEvaluating system and component performance and reporting resultsDefining allocation to subsystems based on refinement of the design concept with SME in subsystems.Developing new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations.Delivering products as part of a team. Working on cross functional teams.Leading analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.Writing and reviewing procedures (New installation, maintenance & troubleshooting), doing calculations, drawings, tilts studies and RCA's.Creating new installation procedures.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's degree of mechanical engineering or equivalentHave at least 5+ years experience in troubleshooting and field technical support, preparing installation procedure, modifying and repairing API6A equipment.Must be familiar with tilt studies, FEA, RCA, CFD.  Demonstrate proven experience in mechanical engineering for Pressure Control equipment.Be capable to propose equipment designs that suit customer requirements for surface equipment.Demonstrate experience in working in projects with global teamsBe able to show excellent problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skillsBe a motivated self-starter that promotes teamwork and collaboration in a cross-functional environment
