Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for technical/commercial proposal preparation and accuracy including technical specifications & clarifications/ assumptions/ exceptions, quantifying design and deliverables, installation work scope definition, cost allocation, bill of materials, and estimation of engineering, installation and testing/commissioning based on customer specifications and/or industry standards for Türkiye service unitOffer tracking: Technical support in offer tracking in cooperation with responsible service sales teamHas knowledge of best practices and how own area integrated with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the marketManages the database of opportunities and provides monthly report to Region Tendering Leader regarding RFQs received, proposals submitted, and orders booked Developing reports and presentations via SPEAK tool (Salesforce) and maintaining data quality for improvement of tendering performance and monitoring of KPIs presented to Tendering Regional ManagementPreparation of pre‐qualification requirements, RFQ analysis and understanding of customer requirements, Preparation of presentations, cash flows and other necessary requirements for tender management meeting and Go/No‐Go decisionsCoordinate with engineering team to provide technical leadership for strategic planning and business execution of ITO, OTR, R&D, Network consulting, technical responsiveness, and support for regionImplement and roll out global tool sets such as customer support tools, and fast tendering tools for region supportPreparation the Estimate Analysis Sheet (EAS) to meet the price/market price data, when possible, in liaison with the other functions

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electrical & electronics engineeringMin 5 years’ experience in Tendering / Sales / within a similar roleGood knowledge of Electrical transmission business (in the given country/area)Technical knowledge in PL product portfolio is preferredGood level of English both oral & writtenAbility to work effectively in a cross-functional global organizationGood command of MS Office tools
