Performance management of the division and technicians. Primary contact for customers, sales, and service. **Skills** -Leadership experience in the service/sales of a door installation company, preferrably overhead doors (2+ years of lead experience) -Strong customer service skills and a passion for servicing to a high degree -Comfortable with sales based conversations and targets -Proficient with computer systems **Experience Level** Intermediate to expert level **Schedule** This is a day shift operation, exact schedule can be discsussed further.
