**Job Title: Product Development Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Product Development Technician responsible for identifying, scoping, and implementing new product features and technical processes supporting our electronic casino dealing shoe and gaming equipment. **Responsibilities** + Identify, scope, and implement new product features and technical processes for electronic casino dealing shoes and gaming equipment. + Ensure necessary product and component inventory is stocked to support day-to-day business functions. + Manage vendors to control lead times, cost, and quality for parts, firmware, design services, tooling, and certifications. + Ensure equipment is certified according to casino gaming jurisdiction requirements. + Maintain the manufacturing cell: certifications, production schedule, and a safe, clean environment. + Gather forecast data from the global sales team and create a build and deployment plan. + Lead the product assembly team in testing (hardware and firmware) and provide technical troubleshooting during development. + Lead training for new customer deployments and prepare associated training materials. + Implement product support plans to provide maintenance and service at customer sites and training for international staff. + Report insights from the team’s customer visits, make recommendations, and implement follow-up actions. + Communicate with sales partners and customers while resolving product quality issues. **Essential Skills** + At least 3 years of experience in development or testing/qualification of mechanical/electromechanical products. + Excellent communication skills for interfacing with customers and internal stakeholders. + Understanding of mechanical and basic electromechanical components. + Ability to do basic CAD design. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Electrical troubleshooting skills. + Field service experience. + Implementation and installation expertise. + Assembly and mechanical skills. + Ability to read and understand schematics. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
