The Lead Technology Security is responsible for review and analysis of security requirements, works with senior team members to develop integrated plans to protect corporate assets and information technology, and administers security systems to support daily security operations. Assess overall security risk of systems, prioritizes and leads activities to lower AT&Ts overall security risk posture.
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
+ **Security Risk Management:**
+ Understand, analyze, and provide remediations for security risks, threats, and vulnerabilities in applications and infrastructure, including public cloud environments.
+ Establish and enforce security policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure compliance with AT&T and industry standards and regulations.
+ **Incident Response:**
+ Lead the response to security breaches or incidents, develop incident response plans, and conduct post-incident analysis.
+ Set best practices and standards to prevent future incidents and ensure the security of our technological assets.
+ **Compliance and User Access Control:**
+ Have knowledge about user access controls, permissions, and standards required to be in compliance with SOX and other regulations.
+ Report and track security-related items and help teams remediate issues in a timely manner.
+ **Continuous Improvement:**
+ Commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
**Qualifications:**
+ **Education:**
+ Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
+ **Experience:**
+ 5-10 years of experience in IT security or a related field.
+ Demonstrated experience in a tactical and managerial role, overseeing security areas and projects.
+ **Technical Skills:**
+ Experience with specific security technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.
+ Knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, security in operating systems and databases, and other third-party software.
+ Hands-on experience with various security scanning tools, vulnerabilities, and remediation.
+ **Certifications:**
+ CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) and CISM (Certified Information Security Manager).
+ **Compliance Knowledge:**
+ Knowledge about Sarbanes-Oxley regulations, Records and Information Management, Payment Card Industry standards, and Sensitive and Restricted Personal Information requirements.
Our Lead Technology Security, earns between $116,700.00-$196,100.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
