Lead Total Rewards Analyst
The Lead Total Rewards Analyst will support the compensation and benefits programs for the following countries: United Kingdom, India, Singapore, Denmark, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, Turkey. Assigned countries are subject to change. Performs staff support activities to develop, implement, and administer compensation and benefits policies and programs. Develops and/or participates in compensation/benefit surveys to analyze company’s competitive position. Reviews proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines and recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems. Recommends company salary structure movements and salary increase budgets for the countries assigned. The incumbent will manage vendor relationships for Health and Welfare (risk) Insurance, Retirement, Savings Plan, Non-Core benefit programs, invoices, and compliance reporting. In addition, will be responsible for supporting employee escalations resolution and continuously look for efficiencies within the compensation and benefit programs. The incumbent will also assist as needed with bargaining agreements and any merger, acquisition, and divestiture projects. **JOB DUTIES:** + Manage annual benefits enrollment in the UK, India, and as needed in the other countries assigned + Manage the annual Flexible Benefits Plan (FBP) in India + Organize and execute the annual gender pay gap reporting in the UK + Support the annual survey submission project + Support the annual compensation planning process, acting as the main support for your assigned countries + Lead carrier renewals, including negotiation, for benefit programs in the assigned countries + Support HRBP and employee escalation resolution with focus on continuous improvement + Review/Update or Develop and document processes to eliminate single point failure + Establish an audit process for existing process documentation to ensure process changes/updates are captured + Process invoices accurately and timely + Support Total Rewards team with new products, services and policy/benefit changes. + Support required compliance filings (preparing reports, researching discrepancies) + Audit benefit programs to ensure accurate enrollment + Perform job evaluations, grading, and market pricing **YOU MUST HAVE:** + 12+ years of compensation and benefits and/or plan administration experience or 10+ years of experience with an advanced degree or certification (CCP certification preferred) + Proficient computer and Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel + Excellent English oral and written communication skills + Strong customer service focus **WE VALUE:** + Expert with comprehensive knowledge of global compensation and benefits programs + Experience leveraging technology for communications and processes + Proven customer service focus with ability to manage customer expectations and business service deliverables + Demonstrated high level of integrity and ethical behavior + Intelligent risk taker with proven ability to thrive in ambiguity + Demonstrated ability to drive change and meet objectives + Excellent relationship building skills + Analytical Skills + Ability to present and communicate with confidence + Ability to effectively educate and train team members on compensation and benefits related programs \#LI-TC1 \#LI-HYBRID Resideo is a leading global provider of critical comfort and security solutions primarily in residential environments and distributor of low-voltage electronic and security products.
