The Order Response Team is looking for an individual to join our team to support customer complaints!

What You Will Do:
· Respond to customer complaints related to overages, shortages, and damaged product claims.
· Conduct in depth investigation of customer claims by following standardized procedures and policies.
· Pull Proof of Delivery from stored database or directly from the carrier.
· Take corrective action depending on customer claims by either creating credit/debit memos, replacement orders, or returns. Closing out 75 complaints on average a week.
· Collaborate closely with the field sales reps, frontline customer service reps, warehouses, and carrier management teams.
· Advanced level customer service in applying business and regulatory policies, procedures, and programs to the order review process and may cover several divisions and/or business units.
· Typically responds to 50-80 phone calls in a month from Field Reps and Customers.
Minimum Qualifications:
· High School diploma or equivalent
· No Immigration Sponsorship available for this opportunity
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Ability to work independently in a multi-division, fast paced environment
· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Work, Access, and Outlook)
· Proven ability to resolve problems independently and act in a timely manner
· Attention to detail
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Ability to make sounds decisions, with customer and business interests in mind
· 6 months experience in North America Customer Service
