Lead Training Analyst, GPO
Lead training design and delivery for live sites using adult learning methods, authoring tools, and LMS integration. Utilize technologies like Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, SharePoint, and LMS. Develop and update training materials for various methods (ILT, WBT, on-the-job training, coaching guides, etc.) in collaboration with global process leads, process owners, and local SMEs. **What you will do** ​ + Assess Accelerate training Service Now tickets to determine training gaps. + Live Site power user community management. + Identify live site trainer gaps and provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support. + Manage stakeholders and SMEs in the content development process, ensuring alignment and engagement. + Ensure materials meet learning objectives and adjust as necessary. + Determine updates to training content due to system or process changes and keep materials current. + Provide training consultation to Global Process Organization projects as needed. + Track and report on the progress of training development. **What you need** + Bachelor’s degree, preferably in training, business, quality or related field + Minimum of 4 years in adult education, instructional design, learning and development, or related fields in a team environment. + Effective partner for Global Process Leads and business stakeholders. + Skilled in problem-solving, managing stakeholder input, and decision-making. + Ability to prioritize and manage multiple training projects. + Experience with adult learning, instructional design, e-learning, and training methodologies. + Proficient in PowerPoint, e-learning tools (SAP Enable Now preferred), and PC applications.
