Lead Trust Specialist, Senior Support

The Lead Trust Specialist is responsible for managing a centralized team of Trust Specialists that provide superior customer service to Trust clients and key partners in Wealth with specialized concierge for daily email request and inbound client calls. Develops the team, builds and defines SLA's, and ensures procedures are documented and align to the organization's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities and DutiesOversees and develops a team of Trust Specialists specialized in customer support that facilitate day-to-day transactional needs of the client base, including processing deposits, distributions, payments, transfers or other routine transactions.\nMaintains and establishes policies and procedures to ensure the trust company makes prudent decisions across the business, with respect to administration of accounts, and overall risk management for the division. \nMonitors risk metrics and ensures timely, accurate completion of all activities, control partner requests and data remediation. \nDevelops partnership and collaboration with internal business partners, including Portfolio Managers and Wealth Management Advisors.   \nFocuses on client satisfaction. \nAssist with the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of client servicing. \nInspires confidence and holds team accountable for timely execution and follow-up. Trust Administration experience required; experience supporting ultra-high net worth clientele within Trust Administration strongly preferred for consideration.
 

Opportunity will also support Business Management function in partnership with manager.

Base Pay Range: $80,000/yr. - $100,000/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
