The Role:

Cognizant is looking for an experienced and innovative Lead UI/UX Engineer (Angular)with to serve our diverse base of global clients. As a member of our team, you will build cutting edge, cloud-based software that powers modern business. An ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a diverse, collaborative, geographically distributed team. Similarly, the ideal candidate is an expert engineer who values the “team”, drives continuous improvement and is unafraid to challenge the legacy status quo with creative cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities:

Analyze existing system and should be able to draw flaws with system design if any Create & Implement system design components using micro frontend concepts High Proficiency in Angular 10 & above along with Angular Material components. Should be well versed with UX frameworks and well acquainted with latest guidelines like WCAG etc Strong understanding/knowledge of modern web/browser frontend technologies and API integration Experience in Agile methodologies Strong communication and presentation skills and should be able to motivate and drive team members Should be self-motivated and driven and a keen contributor to the team

Required Skills:

10+ years of relevant work experience Specialized in Angular 10+ development Should have basic understanding about spring boot Java application/Databases/API’s/Node Should have experience with frontend DevOps engineering to analyze the bundle size and its impact Expertise in Advanced JavaScript /ECMA script – Strong understanding of different modern JavaScript frameworks highly desirable Good communication & interpersonal skills Managing visual design stages Developing original ideas Collaborating with product management teams Creating user and process flows
