About the Job We are seeking a Lead UX Designer to play a key role in shaping the digital experience across Tailored Brands' online platforms. In this role, you will lead complex design initiatives, mentor other designers, and ensure the creation of cohesive and innovative user experiences. You will also work closely with senior leadership to define and execute the UX/UI strategy for our eCommerce/Rental channels. What You'll Do | Key Components · Lead complex design initiatives that span across multiple digital platforms and teams. · Mentor and guide a team of UX/UI designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. · Oversee the development and implementation of design systems to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. · Conduct user research and synthesize findings to guide data-driven design decisions though the product discovery lifecycle. · Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and operational teams to align design strategy with business goals. · Stay current on the latest design trends and technologies to drive innovation in our digital experiences. Skills & Experience · 12+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a deep expertise in design systems and mobile-first design. · Bachelor’s degree in UX-related field (HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design) or equivalent experience. · Proven experience leading large design initiatives and mentoring a team of designers. · Strong knowledge of user research methods, including ethnographic research, A/B testing, and usability testing. · Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD. · Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present design strategies at a senior level. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Other compensation may include an 10% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
