About the role: As a Valet/Driver at Mirabella ASU, you’ll provide transportation and parking services for our 200+ residents using our state-of-the-art vehicle lift system. You’ll get the chance to interact with our residents on a daily basis and ultimately feel like you’re making an impact on someone’s life every day! What you’ll be doing: Providing a gracious and efficient sense of arrival and departure for guests at the community by carefully and efficiently parking and retrieving vehicles as requested, while seeking to exceed guest expectations by anticipating needs and building relationships. How you’ll do it: Lead and mentor team members by setting a positive example, providing one-on-one training, and reinforcing the principle of creating an inviting experience for residents rather than just offering a service. Ensure quality control by overseeing valet operations, maintaining a high standard of service, and addressing any issues promptly. Assist residents and guests by safely driving vehicles, helping with mobility aids, and ensuring smooth and courteous interactions during arrivals and departures. Organize and manage valet operations, including collecting and labeling keys, organizing paperwork, and directing traffic in the parking area as needed. Support the manager by planning weekly work schedules, estimating and ordering necessary supplies, and being prepared to cross-train or perform driver duties as required.
