Adecco is assisting a Warehouse client, recruiting for a Lead Warehouse Associate job in Tulsa, OK. In this position you would inspire your associates to achieve maximum productivity, exhibit professionalism and strive to be error-free. What your day-to-day will look like: • Assign work and monitor group activities. • Manage and coordinate the daily operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and returns processing. • Instruct associates in proper equipment, operational and maintenance procedures, guide team in understanding housekeeping requirements. Basic Requirements: • 4 years of warehouse experience • Experience in a supervisory role in a warehouse setting • Microsoft Office experience and proficiency • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Be able to Lift 50+lbs. • Be able to Work in a warehouse environment that is not climate controlled.
