SUMMARY:

Performs various tasks related to assisting dealers with accurate receipt of HVAC & Supply equipment.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

Schedule and coordinate trailer pick-up & delivery with transportersMonitor status of all pending orders and initiate action as warrantedReview/confirm all memorandum of shipmentsGenerate all bills of lading and secure carrier signaturesGeneral administrative tasks as requiredPerforms housekeeping as assigned. Assist in annual warehouse inventory

·         Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

We are looking for a customer oriented person with a High school diploma or GED required.  Material handling experience preferred.

Base pay for this position starts at $20 an hour. Physical demands

While performing the duties of this job, you are regularly required to stand, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and effectively communicate with others - talk and hear. This position regularly lifts and/or moves up to 25 pounds, frequently lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds. Any lifting above 50 pounds should be done mechanically.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Work environment

This position works in a typical parts warehouse environment. You occasionally will be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, outside weather conditions, extreme heat, and fumes from forklift. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
