The Lead Welder also reads and analyzes production reports to determine requirements and conducts training for team members on equipment use, defect detection, and troubleshooting Responsibilities:Coordinate work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals. Lead the activities of employees engages in the production or processing of goods such as inspectors, machine setters, and fabricators. Observe work and monitor gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure that operators conform to production or processing standards. Qualifications and Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in TIG welding in a manufacturing environment. Minimum 2 years of experience with leading a team. Must have considerable knowledge of principles and practices of TIG welding and effective oral and written communication skills. Benefits and Perks:Pay RateMedical Benefits HolidaysTraining & GrowthYour New Organization:We believe in empowering and nourishing our employees with the tools, skills, and knowledge needed to grow and succeed.
