**3rd shift Welding/Fabrication Lead!** **Monday- Thursday- 10pm-8am** **Full benefits.** **15% shift differential.** **Apply Now!!** **Benefits:** + Life insurance. + Long/short disability. + Sick pay. + Parental leave. + Dental/Vision/401K. + Frequent performance raises **Job Description** 3rd shift Welding Lead that is more of a working lead. + Will eventually lead a team of 3 - 10 people. + This will be more of a skeleton crew so its important this individual is able to weld, run fab equipment, cut metals and do everything to ensure products are flowing through the shop. + Candidates will be MIG welding on mild steel, and stainless steel to produce exhaust systems for power generation, oil & gas, marine, locomotive, construction and off road markets. + Tack welding will also be a part of their duties along with assembling the exhausts. + This will be rare as majority of the work will be a mix of custom and production style MIG welding. + Candidates need to know how to read blueprints and weld symbols. + Being able to do a variety of tasks throughout the shop is key to learning and growing within the company. **APPLY NOW!!** **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
