Position Overview

The Lead Workforce Specialist will be responsible for managing administrative workforce duties and delivery of PTO approvals/planning, completion of trainings, forecasting, schedules, ensuring ADP records are up to date, real time operations, key performance indicators (KPI’s), and analysis when KPI’s are not met. This position will assist in creating and maintaining workforce management policies and procedures and will partner with Workforce Leadership to determine the most effective method of communicating changes to all associates.

Essential Duties

include but are not limited to the following:

Support the management of daily workload execution to meet departmental goals.Oversee quality/performance of workforce specialists.Assist leadership with delegation of specialized tasks to workforce specialists.Provide escalation support to Workforce Management Specialists; including providing mentoring and coaching to workforce management specialists.Identify and share best practices and drives for continuous improvement of the internal customer experience.Analyze data to find out trends and highlight any business risks.Offer advice and guidance to members of the contact center as a first line of contact.Engage workforce supervisor and consistently update status on projects and workload in a daily/weekly format.Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.Complete systems’ maintenance; including, but not limited to, structure changes, completing terms and transfers, and adding newcomers.Recommend changes to ensure high quality service.Ability to perform all essential responsibilities of the Workforce Management Specialist and perform them as directed.Stays current with relevant guidelines and policies for medical devices.Reports to work on time and follows attendance guidelines.Conducts all assigned job duties in a timely and productive manner.Performs all job duties according to Contact Center policies and procedures.Excellent in communication.Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures.Regular and reliable attendance.Ability to work designated schedule.Ability to work nights and/or weekends.Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 100% of a typical working day.Ability to grasp with both hands; pinch with thumb and forefinger; turn with hand/arm; reach above shoulder height.Ability to work on a computer and phone simultaneously.Ability to use a telephone through a headset.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.3+ years of Workforce Management Experience; or 3+ years of experience scheduling or with administrative support.Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Excel macros and pivot tables and Word mail merge.Must be 18 years of age or older.Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation.Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

Some college course work.Previous work in a laboratory environment.#LI-KB1

Salary Range:

$42,000.00 - $67,000.00

 

The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis. In addition, this position is bonus eligible, and is eligible to be considered for company stock at hire and on an annual basis.
