We are seeking a best-in-class Global Leader, Business Intelligence & Analytics (BIA) professional who can set vision, directions, develop roadmap, and behaviors for success for our BIA org. This org SUPPORTS CORE Strategy Planning &Operations (SP&O) leads to design data driven strategy and implement operational plans/key initiatives that translate into sales growth in partnership with the Sales Leadership Team and cross functional collaborators. Role & Responsibilities include: * Set vision, directions, behaviors, and develop roadmap for success for our Global Business Intelligence & Analytics org. * Serve as key advisor to leadership and coach to BIA team on modernizing Business Intelligence approaches & deliverables, Strategic analytics, Automation, Dashboarding…etc * Use thought leadership and Business/Financial acumen to drive our BIA org on Strategy Planning Process end to end (Strategy -> Execution -> Review -> Adjustment), designing the right analytical frameworks across multiple businesses and ensuring the right data infrastructure to deliver the right insights * Build and empower an org that is capable of data modeling, design, visualization, using potential generative AI approaches and dashboard capabilities across different platforms * Tell the business story in both what we do and what we will do to senior executives across product business unit and executive leadership teams. * Proactively interact with cross-functional teams to better understand strengths and opportunities in the business, while aligning to action. * Right mix of Leadership, Strategy and data analytics talent Who You Are * 12+ years of experience in a combination of sales Business Intelligence & analytics, and operations (preferred). Generative AI experience preferred * Experience using Business Intelligence visualization tools like Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, Einstein Analytics, Snowflake, HANA and Looker for the creation and automation of Enterprise-Scale dashboards. Phython experience. * Strong visualization design and development experience with Tableau and/or other Business Intelligence tools. * Experience writing advanced SQL, performance tuning BI queries, data modeling, data mining, and data wrangling from multiple sources (SQL, ETL, data warehousing). * Possesses a solid foundation in data analytics, with an understanding and foundation in data science. * Strong global Sales data & analytics background with focus and Cisco knowledge on EN, Meraki, Data Center, SP Routing…..etc * 5+ years in a product and project management role or function and experience developing and executing capability roadmaps * Minimum BE/BS degree or equivalent experience. * People leadership experience is must * Consistent track record in cross-functional collaboration, establishing relationships and driving successful outcomes in a matrixed environment. * Strong communications & influencing skills, experience working with partners at all levels, producing exec level content and conducting exec conversations. * Be fact-based and hands on with data and analysis where needed while also applying existing standard methodologies wherever possible. * Curious and flexible, you enjoy variety and are willing to tackle different roles/responsibilities as business needs evolve. * A standout colleague who loves a challenge, someone who always has teammate's back, and is inspired working with others to achieve success. * Fail forward attitude, leads as a natural innovator in the face of change and adversity.
