Position Overview:
Leader, Client Education
The leader of the Client Education function and team is responsible for designing and delivering an innovative, best-in-class, client-facing learning curriculum which supports the effective adoption of the Intapp family of solutions. This is primarily focused on eLearning content, but might also include in-person programs, distance learning sessions, and tools for just-in-time learning.
Working collaboratively with the appropriate internal stakeholders, the leader of Client Education will bring thought leadership to the design of the content strategy for the Intapp platform and for individual solutions. The position will have responsibility for establishing instructional design and branding criteria for all content; managing production schedules and content development resources, both internal and external; ensuring the consistent quality of all deliverables; and assessing the overall impact of learning efforts via analytics tracking, measurement, and reporting.
To be successful in this role, the Client Education leader will be a domain expert, understanding adult learning theory and eLearning and instructional design principles. The role will actively research and recommend tools, systems, and technologies that will enable the team to deliver innovative learning solutions.
What you will do:
Manage the configuration of the Learning Management System (LMS) to include user security roles and permissions, navigation, and catalog structure.
Consult with internal stakeholders on LMS options and content strategy to support organizational goals.
Manage eLearning content catalog in accordance with the overall content strategy.
Identify innovative approaches and content strategies to increase learner engagement and utilization of the LMS.
Take initiative to identify and implement system and/or process improvements to support business objectives.
Respond to and manage requests from stakeholders across the organization for Learning and Development needs for clients in production.
Proactively consult and collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop solutions for in production clients.
Generate reports and analyze platform and course-level data to identify and act on usage insights.
Identify, analyze, and document learning needs using specific learning objectives and outcomes.
Partner with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to build curriculum using a blend of knowledge-based and skills-based learning outcomes.
Oversee the design and development of courses utilizing adult learning principles and eLearning software.
Conduct program evaluations and report on learning outcomes; identify and implement modifications as needed based on outcomes; evaluate teaching and learning by comparing desired and actual learning outcomes.
Manage internal team of eLearning content creators.
Manage vendor relationships for content creation and ensure compliance with all established instructional design and branding guidelines.
What you will need:
Minimum of 5-8 years’ progressive learning and development experience.
In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles, specifically as related to eLearning.
Experience managing a Learning Management System, with a preference for SkillJar experience.
Experience managing content production schedules and resources, including external/remote production resources.
Manage and implement QA/QC processes for content review and management.
Strong business acumen and client service mentality.
Strong analytical skills and an ability to collect and analyze input from multiple sources.
Strong time management skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Superior verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to listen carefully, influence and network with a broad spectrum of internal colleagues and external clients.
Resourceful problem-solver, driven by results, and comfortable working in a start-up environment
Self-starter, reliable, collegial and a team player.
