Skills, knowledge & experience:** + Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the aerospace or automotive industry. + Leadership experience preferred. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Ability to understand and enforce Contract terms and conditions. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite. + Ability to manage a remote, multi-site team. + Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
