What you’ll own


Our Merchant Bank team is looking for a dynamic leader for our Service Management team in Cincinnati, OH. This team is focused on providing an excellent partner experience by managing relationships and service delivery for our partner’s financial institutions.

Lead a team of professionals managing relationships and service delivery

Service Managers are the direct line of contact for our bank partners day-to-day/operational contacts for the bank partners, in any aspect of their business related to the Worldpay relationship.  This includes responding to inquiries and providing weekly and monthly status and reporting.

Management of Service Management requests, workloads, partner assignments and escalations as applicable

Support our Partner Management team in various aspects of program or project updates, including monthly calls with our bank partners as needed

Weekly and monthly reporting, both internal and external

Facilitate monthly presentation to the Merchant Bank Leadership team on overall partner satisfaction and RAG status

Where you’ll own it

While we’re a large team of Worldpayers based in North America, we have collaborative spaces and regular opportunities to celebrate with each other in person.  This role will be based at our headquarters in Cincinnati, OH.

What you bring

Display sound leadership skills with proven success to motivate and coach professional level staff and/or proven cross-functional program leadership.

Payments or financial services background

Demonstrate strong decision-making abilities and strong business judgement

Proven track record in client relationship management

Strong communication skills

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally

Workload and workforce management/time management experience
