Job Description

Summary:

Reporting to the Production Supervisor you will assist the Production Supervisor in all activities related to daily production and makes appropriate adjustments to ensure the daily production plan and meet the Production Supervisor's performance expectations.

Main responsibilities:

Provide direct support in supervising assemblers; coordination of overtime, providing feedback related to employee performance to production supervisors, leading sunrise meetings and training employees in FTPC.You will coordinate daily production based provided by the Production Supervisors and monitor the availability of the resources required for it.Monitor compliance with the downtime escalation process on production lines.Support the Plant 5'S+1 Program by completing weekly self-assessments and monitoring the availability of 5'S supplies on the lines. 5.Maintain the flow of materials and products of the lines under your responsibility.Ensure the availability of materials at the point of use to complete the daily production plan. Requirements:High school graduate.University student of Industrial Engineering or related careers.Basic knowledge of English.Manage the office package (Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), PowerPoint).3+ years' experience in Personnel Management.Availability to work Overtime.What We Offer:
