In this role, you will work hand in hand with the Region Sales Manager to build a culture of collaboration, inclusion and constant growth.
Establish relationships built on trust and commitment at multiple levels within customer accountsFoster relationships with architecture leaders to bring the best cross functional solutions and teams to our customersFacilitate growth and development plans for all Solutions Engineering team members to drive personal and professional growth and a culture of curiosityAnticipate any change in the opportunities, market, customer needs and requirements that could impact the overall team goals.Build the capabilities needed to deliver on the team's short and long term goals, including identification and development of a strong pipeline of the best talent from both internal and external candidate poolsCommunicate a clear vision and strategy for the region that inspires and empowers the team to execute within a common frameworkMinimum Qualifications:
7+ years of technical sales/SaaS engineering experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills with customer executives, partner executives and internal key stakeholders.Experience achieving Cisco Certifications or Industry CertificationsPreferred Qualifications:
