**Summary:** Primary purpose of the job is the management of Inventory Controllers, Semi-Drivers, Inventory Servicers, Parts Movers, and Contingent Contract Employees activities within the Receiving Department.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following:
+ Receive stock materials and schedule shipment of materials from the facility
+ Controls inventory levels by monitoring reorder points and initiating action to replenish stock
+ Outside warehouse materials management and trucking. Coordination and release of materials required from Air Cap daily
+ Processes scrap entry for plastics and appliance operations
+ Import Container management
+ Recommends adjustments to inventory perpetuals
+ Responsible for unloading urethane deliveries as required
+ Maintain work areas per the guidelines of success housekeeping
+ Maintains “6S housekeeping” requirements and completes frequent audits as required
+ Observes and trains all safety rules and regulations to ensure compliance
+ Supports team objectives
+ Prepares for the receipt of incoming production materials which is unloaded from railcars.
+ Maintains the required equipment including pump houses for railcars as well as schedules maintenance as needed.
+ Coordinates the ordering of all office supplies for the Stock and Receiving areas
+ Monitors the functionality of office equipment including computers and printers for the Stock and Receiving areas
+ Responsible for the material management process of discarding, scheduling, coordinating and communicating with 3rd party vendors.
+ Must be trained in SAP
+ Responsible for the clean-up of the outside Receiving dock
+ Other duties as assigned
+ Must possess a valid driver’s license
+ Must obtain a forklift license or the ability to obtain one
+ Must be available to frequently work overtime which may include weekends
**Supervisory Responsibilities**
Directs employees within the Inventory Control area. Responsibilities include Forklift training for employees within the manufacturing as well supporting areas, planning, assigning, directing and implementing work and resolving problems.

**Education and/or Experience:** High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a minimum of one year manufacturing experience. Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions presented in English.
**Language Skills:** Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before management or employees of organization.
**Mathematical Skills:** Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
**Reasoning Ability:** Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
