About this opportunity:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Leader of Supply Chain Management to join our Global Site Material Supply team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain network, driving cost optimization initiatives, and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of site material supply chain and operations. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on Ericsson's strategy and collaborate with team members and stakeholders globally.

What you will do:

    Analyze supply chain cost and identify opportunities for e2e landed cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and process optimization for BA site materials.    Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive supply chain optimization across inventory optimization, standard portfolio, sustainability, systematic improvements, and other supply related initiatives.    Analyze, design, lead, and implement site material differentiated supply chain and delivery scenarios, e.g. direct shipment processes for global site materials based on business needs.    Design Supply chains for BA site products to the Supply Hubs or equivalent handover point according to business need, in line with EoM, trade and CoX requirements.    Identify supply chain risks and business continuity plan.    Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to monitor supply chain costs, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to optimize our supply chain and improve visibility for our stakeholders.    Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders globally to shape the company's supply chain strategy and drive continuous improvement and transformation across the network for site material.

The skills you bring:

    Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.    Proven experience in supply chain management, cost optimization, and process improvement.    Strong analytical skills and ability to identify cost optimization opportunities.    Excellent communication and leadership skills.    Proficiency in digital technologies, data analytics and visualization, AI, and Ericsson systems/processes    Business acumen and financial awareness.    Knowledge of Ericsson supply chain principles and practices, including Product Life Cycle Management.    Understanding of security, geopolitical, ethical, and sustainable practices.
